Abstract

In the election of the head of a nun, usually a nun who will be elected as head must be a nun who has been educated for ten years, and has been legalized as eternal vows, and meets the age of over thirty years, and six years after her eternal vows, the nun can only elected to be a head, and usually in a manual way, namely through voting the most votes, the right to become chairman is the most votes, this manual system is actually not wrong, but if the system in selecting the head of a nun that uses the manual system is not correct, Because it takes a long time to determine, vote count errors often arise, and the head of the nun who is elected as a result of the calculation process is not based on predetermined criteria, then with the new system, the election does not only use the most votes but also through the k-criteria. The riteria that has been determined in the system will get faster and more precise results in the election of the head of a nun, of course, supported by the diocesan council as the final decision maker.Therefore, to facilitate the election, you can use the Electre method which is also computerized to get better results. The Electre method (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) is one of the methods in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which is based on the outranking concept using paired comparisons of the alternatives for each suitable criterion. Although it does not guarantee its efficiency, using this method can help decision makers make decisions more accurately in the selection of the Head of Nuns.

Abstract

The surveyor has the task of conducting surveys or supervising the main object of other work, while the other work is the marketing objective of the Bank. The importance of the surveyor for the company so that all transactions that will be carried out by the debtor do not experience problems or the term is bad credit. Bank Mandiri Syariah sometimes gets results that cannot guarantee the success of the payment period from prospective debtors, this is due to the possibility of disobedience of survey officers to work properly, thus of course detrimental to Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan. Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan provides a career path for survey officers to become Supervisor Surveyors. The determination of the best surveyor is carried out by processing the data according to the types of criteria used as the reference standard in Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan. The application of the Iterative Dichotomizer 3 algorithm for the process of determining the best surveyor is carried out by defining the limits of the value of the input variable.

Abstract

Although an image is rich in information, but often the image we have has a decrease in the quality (degradation) of the image that is a decrease in image quality, for example because it contains defects or noise (noise), the color is too contrast, less sharp, blurring, and so on. Of course this kind of image becomes more difficult to interpret because the information conveyed by the image is less clear. In the water environment, light factors greatly influence the results of the image quality obtained. With the deepening of underwater shooting, the results obtained will be the darker the quality of the underwater image. Underwater imagery is widely used as an object in various activities such as underwater habitat mapping, underwater environment monitoring, underwater object search. uneven lighting and bluish tones. One of the factors that influence the recognition results in pattern recognition is the quality of the image that is inputted. The image acquired from the source does not always have good qualit. To improve the quality of underwater images as stated above so that the information contained in the image can be well understood, a filtering method is needed, namely Adaptive Power Law Transformation. With this method and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 program support is expected to produce a better image than before.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology has a huge impact on various sides of life, from government, administration, economy, and education. Regarding the issue of education in particular, the use of information technology will bring very good changes in the education system in which the material presented will be developed. With the existence of computer technology as a support in processing data and information, it has become a necessity for all humans, so that the required information can be obtained quickly and accurately. Abstract

The eye is the most important organ of living things, especially humans. The main function of the eye is for the sense of sight. The eye has important parts such as the cornea, pupil, retina, sclera, eye lens and others. Eye health is an important thing for the health of the human body, because the eye is very helpful for carrying out daily activities. Everyday. Almost every human activity uses the eyes, for example reading, working, watching television, writing, driving, etc. so that many people agree that the eyes are the five most important senses. If the eye has eye disorders or diseases, it will have fatal consequences for human life. The problem faced in designing this system is the problem of diagnosing those affected by the disease. The neural network methods used are backpropagation and Hopfield to conclude which method has Hopfield to conclude which method has better accuracy in identifying which method has Hopfield. object discussed. In the backpropagation method, the pattern is trained through the first three phases, namely the forward propagation phase, the back propagation phase, and the weight change phase until the stopping conditions are met, while in the Hopfield method the training is carried out by doing a dot product between the input pattern vector and the vector. The Hopfield network is said to reach a maximum value if a stable pattern is recalled. Based on the results of trials on eye disease, it is known that the Hopfield method can recognize patterns faster than the backpropagation method with an average recognition time of 2.46 and 5.67 seconds.
